In the singles matches, Jodan Le faced a tough opponent in Maja Bajorek from Southeast Missouri State University, resulting in a 6-2, 6-1 defeat. Juliana Kulczynski had a challenging match against Laura Baroja from the University of Missouri Kansas City, with scores of 6-1, 6-1. Elisa Dornelles engaged in a close contest with Yasmine Humbert of Arkansas State University, winning the first set 6-4 but losing the second 6-4.
Fabiana Labrador secured a victory against Emiliya Margolin of Arkansas State University, winning 6-4 after facing an initial 6-0 setback. In the round of 64, Labrador faced Sofiia Zhylchuk from the University of Tulsa, resulting in a 6-1, 6-4 loss.
